Awesome, couldn't be happier with every aspect of service. Gary was on-time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable (also dog-friendly!). I was pleasantly surprised at the range of services Freedom offers; they were able to help realign garage, house and interior doors that weren't properly shutting, improve the security of existing bolts, and adjust doors to move more easily in addition to rekeying existing locks and adding a deadbolt. As a result, feeling much more secure!

Gary did amazing work. He determined what wasn't working with the new locks quickly and easily. He took extra steps to make sure the door fit better. In addition, he walked me through some steps around making another door actually stay shut. As a new home owner I was appreciative of him showing me what he was doing so I could do that on my own when it happens in the future. Gary's price was also very reasonable and he made it easy to schedule an appointment quickly.

It was great! Gary was professional, helpful, answered all my questions and was able to get me some Medeco keys that I was told by another local locksmith shop were unavailable. Gary made them for me in 5 minutes.

These folks are terrific! Gary answered the phone when I called - very friendly and helpful. As promised, Kyle called when he was on his way and was friendly when he arrived. He fixed the door quickly and made sure I knew how to work the lock (a triple lock - who knew??). Great experience all around!

I emailed Gary Beaudoin re a new keyless lock for my front door. He sent me a lock recommendation and quote via email; we emailed re issues, and agreed on an installation date. He called ahead of time when the job he was working on was running a bit late, and I appreciated that. When he arrived, he installed the lock skillfully and swiftly. At one point he adjusted my door so that the lock would engage properly – it’s the original front door to a 1947 house – I’m sure either the door or the door frame has settled a bit. He gave me a brief tutorial on using the lock, and left the small owner’s manual with me. Excellent, professional job..

 

I love the lock (Schlage FE595 Latch‑type BE365 Deadbolt)! It locks keylessly from both inside and out with ease. There’s a key if you forget the code. There are codes (two preset and you can create more) if you lose the key. I bought this lock so I can give contractors an entry code if I need work done; I can delete the code when their work is done.

Wow! These guys are great!  They corrected my mistakes and then installed a nice lock system on a shed. The work was very professional, and very reasonable. They even gave advice on other home projects. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Look no further, use these guys!

Excellent. I emailed Freedom Locksmith Services on 08/15/2015, informing them that the people who would install the door would be here on Wednesday 08/19/2015 in the morning. Gary Beaudoin called and left me a message on Tuesday 08/18/2015. I called him back and we made arrangements for lock installation on 08/19/2015 in the afternoon.
His son Kyle called came promptly in the early afternoon of 08/19/2015. I showed him the original door and lock, and we discussed lock and knob options. Kyle, was very professional. He installed the lock and knob, and was willing to reinstall my weatherstripping to prevent it from interfering with the locking function. However, I informed him I had to paint the raw wood edge first (the new door was thicker, so the doorstop had to be trimmed). Kyle volunteered to come back and do that. That was very thoughtful, but the people who installed the door will do that tomorrow.
I wouldn't hesitate to use the services of Freedom Locksmith Services again.

They were very professional and kept me informed at every step - calling before arriving, even calling to let me know that they might be a little bit late (the day before they were coming). They could easily have told me I needed new locks, but they walked me through what was wrong and showed me how they fixed it. I was extremely impressed with how helpful and professional they were.

All was excellent. Easy to communicate with, came very promptly, Kyle was very courteous and throrough. No complaints at all.

I needed locksmith services on an emergency basis and called the company I've used for many years. They said they didn't have the time available, "Sorry about that" I called Freedom Locksmith based on reviews here and they responded promptly and showed up within hours. Kyle arrived at the specified time. Did an outstanding work and made a couple of keys as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding service all around. Very knowledgeable about various locksets and quickly recognized issues and solution for repairing and resetting exterior doors that were installed with period L- and H-hinges. Large main entry door had be dismounted and dimensional adjustments made with finish carpentry tools in addition to adjustments made to large hand-forged hinges as well as bolt and latch hardware. They also installed new exterior door locksets for our period home.
I would recommend Freedom Locksmith Services without any reservations.
