 + -1 moreThe owner was pleasant on the initial visit to make an estimate. I was surprised by being stood up and then lied to regarding whether or not the work would be done at all. I would have had more respect for a company that gave a truthful answer. Instead, I spent the season waiting for a no-show instead of locating another business to do the work.
Description of Work: In June of 2006 the owner of this company, Chad Fox, inspected the site where work was to be done, then followed up with a phone call to give a cost estimate and approximate date of when the work would be done. No one showed up within the date range, nor for a few weeks thereafter. I called Chad to verify that he did indeed still plan on doing the work. He said that he did. I waited for the rest of the season, but still no one showed up. I have not been in contact with this business since then, and the work was never started.
