We had such a positive experience with Craft Contractors. They transformed our ugly partially finished basement into a beautiful extra bedroom, exactly what we were looking for. Every single thing exceeded our expectations. The initial consultation with Mark - the attention to the details and understanding of our vision - made for a great first impression and certainly set the tone for a great fit for us. Pricing for our basement job was fair, and we were thrilled to be able to stay within our budget. Subsequent communication and customer service with Mark, Deb and the rest of the team throughout the whole process to finesse the job and make adjustments was excellent. Curtis' craftsmanship and work ethic, sometimes working late into the night, and the progress being made was incredible to watch. It was also refreshing to be able to pick all of their brains and share ideas about future projects we have in mind. The outstanding professionalism did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend Craft Contractors for your next home project. They are efficient and tremendously talented at what they do. We definitely plan to engage their expertise again for our next home project!
