 + 0 moreI was admitted to the emergency room back in June, called to set up a follow up appointment with my Dr., was give an appointment for 3 days later, which was acceptable, but then she wanted a follow up for two weeks after that. I went back to my office to look at my work calendar to be able to set up the two week follow up appointment and called the Dr's office. The appointment I was given was for 6 weeks. When I called to schedule, I told the person answering the phone that Dr. B wanted me to see her in two weeks, and the best you can give me is 6? She said and quot;yesand quot;. Very cold personality.The office staff has admitted that they have and quot;forgotten meand quot; 3 out of the four times I have gone in the past 6 months. The Dr. typically runs late as well. She is nice enough, but the frustration of knowing I have to wait at least 30-45 minutes does not help my blood pressure.
Description of Work: I am unable to sleep good at night. I often have Vertigo. Dr. Blutstein is a very compasionate Dr. She is straight and to the point, does not waste your time, once you get in to see her. She has always listened carefully and never takes any of my symptoms for granted. If she is unsure of exactly how to treat you, she will literally look it up to make sure what she is hearing you say, is what is actually going on.
