I have ordered clothes and occasional gifts from L.L. for many years. Their shipping is free, they accept returns and exchanges with no problem. I have called their customer service a number of times to check measurements, etc. before ordering and have received courteous, accurate information. Their sales are exceptionally good deals. Quality and sizing are consistent. They offer comments and ratings from other purchasers which is very helpful. I have heard they will be opening stores at a number of western U.S. locations, I hope one comes to Olympia.
