It went very well. The company has a person who answers the phone and makes the appointments, and is the middle man between the owner, Jon Bates, and the customer. She was very prompt and responsive. Jon Bates was professional and experienced. We were not there during the work, but we were comfortable letting them work by themselves. There was an issue on my part, with some damage that I thought had occurred, so we withheld some of the payment until we could resolve the issue. Jon was cooperative about this. Turned out that I was wrong about some items so we ended up paying most of the balance. There was one window screen that was damaged and we had that replaced. Overall it was a positive experience and I would definitely hire Bates again if/when we need a new roof on that house. I would also recommend Bates.
