Job was completed, contractor did not notify me before coming to install or follow-up afterward. I thought I had asked to have a gutter guard installed, but it wasn't included.

We had new gutters installed by Maple Hill Gutters. They came and gave us an estimate and installed them all without us having to be around. They did a great job and we really appreciate the work they’ve done.

I called Maple Hill Gutter in September, based on the reviews on Home Advisor. Lloyd came almost immediately and gave me an estimate. He said they needed 1/2 down as a down payment, so I signed a contract and sent him a check. The check was cashed, and the job was supposed to be done in early October. It rained on the day they were supposed to install the gutters , and no one appeared, or called or texted. I waited a week or so and called, and I was told that I was back on the schedule. Nothing happened. I waited a couple of weeks and called again. This time I spoke to Mark, who said that the electrical wires going to the house needed to be covered before it would be safe to do the work. I called Eversource, and they came right out and covered the wires, although the guy I spoke to said that it was not necessary and he felt that the gutter company was stalling. I called Mark and told him the wires were covered. There was no action on the part of Maple Hill Gutter. On 11/20. I called again, and Mark said that I was back on the schedule, he just didn't know when. I waited. I heard nothing from Maple Hill for a month. I called Lloyd and tried to leave a message, but his voice mailbox was full. When I did reach him, on 12/18, I asked when they planned to do the job, and he said they were all done for the year and it would have to wait for next spring. I told him I found someone else who would do the job right away, and asked him to refund my deposit. He said that he was not in the office, but would take care of it. No check appeared . I called him again last week, and he said he didn't remember ever talking to me, didn't remember saying he would send a check, and then blamed the holidays for the delay in sending it. He said he would take care of it. He was sarcastic and implied that I was being unreasonable. Here we are, over a week later, and no check. It's very frustrating trying to chase this guy down. I would not recommend this scammer to anyone.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got exactly what we were looking for. Installers who were apparently contracted, were punctual and did a great job. I would highly recommend the product.

Friendly installers, awesome results. In and out in 45 minutes. The communication from quote to installation was a bit lacking but all in all I am extremely happy with the results And I would recommend them whole heartedly.

I strongly recommend that you hire a different firm. I hired this company partially based on the reviews here. But, after a year of trying to get Maple Hill to do what they said they would do, I had to hire another firm to fix the mess they created. Here are the facts: When their installers arrived I smelled marijuana. They hung gutters on my cell that caused rainwater to flow in the opposite direction than intended. Their solution to this problem was not to remove the gutters and hang them correctly. Nope, their solution was to add a downspout on the wrong end of the gutters so that the water, flowing in the wrong direction, flowed into another gutter already tasked with handling the water for 1/2 of a very large barn. Of course, the gutters then overflowed. Mr. Lawrence then spent the next six months insisting that his solution solved the problem. I have never encountered a contractor in such denial and I have built and remodeled many homes. I had to hire another firm to remove his gutters, put up new gutters with the water flowing properly across my entire ell. This other firm did exactly what Mr. Lawrence told me was not possible. Working with Maple Hill Gutters has been an incredibly unpleasant, frustrating, expensive experience. Please feel free to contact me as I would welcome the opportunity to save others from having such an unpleasant experience.

Honest, prompt and good quality work. Hard to find contractors who actually do what they say, when they say they're going to do it. Highly recommend.

Coordination between management and those who did the work was sorely lacking. The crew showed up the first time without the right equipment and had to leave. A week later I had to call to have the job rescheduled and was told they didn't know the work had not been done. For these reasons I could not recommend this company.
