WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I INITIALLY CONTACTED BRUCE THROUGH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, HE CAME OUT, AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE VERY SHORTLY AFTER I FIRST SPOKE TO HIM. HE GAVE US A DETAILED WRITTEN ESTIMATE, AND THEN AFTER WE TOLD HIM WE WANTED TO GO FORWARD (HAVING GOTTEN ABOUT 8 ESTIMATES IN ALL), HE GAVE US A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF WHEN HE THOUGHT HE'D BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. SAID HE WOULD CALL US 1 TO 2 DAYS BEFORE, JUST TO GIVE US THE HEADS UP. HE WAS RIGHT ON SCHEDULE, AND DID A GREAT JOB OVERALL.
