While the patio and walkway look great, the project took months longer than promised and remains unfinished. Max assured me the heating system under the pavers wouldn?t require an electrical upgrade, but after installation, he said it would?though supposedly free. That was false, and his electrician never contacted me to coordinate the upgrade and hookup. Every electrician I spoke to confirmed the upgrade is costly. Max?s follow-up has been poor, with months of no response. The fire pit?s electric start was also DOA, and over a year later, it?s still not fixed. His crew was hardworking and respectful, but given the delays, miscommunication, and unresolved issues, I can?t recommend StoneX. If they make things right, I?m happy to update my review.
