Delivery was okay, but the wood was disappointing. What Reed’s calls “Seasoned” other vendors would simply call “Green”, but as Reeds you pay as if it was properly seasoned. I do grant that they tell you when you call them that you “should really buy the kiln dried”, which is super expensive.

Great! We were informed ahead of time about the delivery and they were right on time. Quality product

They were booked a few weeks out so it was not quick, but they came when they said they would and delivered what they said they would, and charged what they said they would.

Very pleasant and effective telephone customer service. Delivered quality firewood on time. Driver was very pleasant and informative, giving us suggestions in answer to our questions.

We purchased a cord of seasoned firewood. I first called and left a
message on a Friday morning (of the blizzard). I'm pretty sure that no
one was working that day. They got right back to us on Monday, and we
set up a delivery date. The woman on the phone was friendly and
helpful. The coast of the cord of wood (seasoned, cut split, and
delivered) seems reasonable.
Reed's delivered on the date specified, but not at the time specified. My husband had stayed home that day to get the wood into the woodshed as soon as delivered, because a storm was expected that night. They initially said that it would be delivered in the morning. They called first thing in he morning to give a time window (which was in the morning). But then they didn't come in the morning. Later called to say it would be afternoon. Wood was delivered at 2:30. He had to hustle to get it all in the shed before dark. This wouldn't normally have been an issue if there were not a storm coming the next day, and if we didn't need to get the wood in before dark. I think that most folks just leave a check and say where they want the wood left, so this would not be an issue to them.
Wood is good dry seasoned wood. Our only other issue is that we had requested it split small for a wood cook stove, and the receipt specified this. Some of the wood was split small enough. But we'll have to split the other pieces up more (we do have a splitter). To be fair, the woman with whom I spoke when ordering said that they might not be able to get the wood split small enough for the cook stove, and I told her we had a splitter. But, some of it was small enough, so I would think that more of it could have been.
WE'LL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

We ordered the wood and were given a delivery date. The day before, they called to confirm that they would be delivering the wood the next day. They came as scheduled and put the wood where we asked them to.

Deliver was on the date promised.
Price was comparable with other sources.
But ... a true cord was delivered. (Their trucks are partitioned in cords volumes, so there's no BS)
And ... it was actually burnable. (most and quot;dryand quot; word from other sources barely burns as delivered)

We were extremely pleased. Paul returned our calls promptly, set up a delivery date and timeframe, and was here as promised. The wood was the best we have ever purchased. Hardwoods as described, and fully dry.
