Description of Work: Horrific experience. quoted job then came back as parts and labor when he realized he was going into bankruptcy. Put a lien on my property for 86,000 … erroneously. Had to engage legal counsel and eventually put up 8,000 to get both Hall and sleazy attorney to leave me alone. Crook.
