Roof Ice and Snow Removal
Owner agreed to clean two complete roofs and partially clean another one which actually was the roof of primary concern. When he arrived he cleaned the two complete roofs and then left. When I called him about finishing the job he said his roof rakes were broken and therefore couldn't do the job. When I asked why he didn't tell my wife the night before when he spoke with her or why he didn't tell me when I greeted him on his arrival he had no response. He finally agreed to a lower cost than he had originally given. However, had he been truthful earlier on we could have hired another firm who had the ability to do the job we wanted done.
