Ordered 3 cords in June over the phone with the owner with a delivery date of September 19th. The date came but the wood did not. Phone calls went unanswered for 2 weeks until finally we received a call and new delivery date. That date also came and went with no sign of the wood. After not being able to get a hold of the company we resorted to calling the supplier who then got us in touch with the owner (his father). A 3rd delivery date was set but again no wood. It has now been 3 weeks of trying to get a hold of them with no returned phone calls or emails. We took 3 days off of work and then had to resort to other ways to provide heat for our family this winter. The lack of professionalism and communication left us with excuses but no apologies. We would not recommend using the company.

Great experience. I ordered late in the season (I'll know to order in late Spring next year to get drier, more aged wood), but Mark went out of his way to get me going. He was very responsive and arrived the day he promised and delivered the wood as expected. The wood was split in smaller pieces which is what I need for my wood stove.
Note: I'd called at least two or three other wood providers who never called me back, but Mark did so more than once and I appreciate that. I will use him next year for sure!

Mark is the most reliable and honest source for firewood I have found. He cuts it to the length I want (sometimes 18and quot;, sometimes 20and quot;, sometimes 16and quot;), he always delivers full cords, and the wood arrives on time. He drops it right where I need it. The wood is a mix of hardwood but he knows I like oak - so I always find a lot of oak in the loads.

called me back right way. Promptly showed up at appointment. Was friendly and put the wood right where I asked. And gave me good advice about keeping the wood dry. Great wood.

Prompt phone call saying delivery would be Nov. 2 and it was . I did call a few days before to make sure the date was still correct. Mark called me back to say it was and asked where I would like it dropped and figured he would be at my house later in the afternoon. I was able to put a check out and recieved a reciept. Mark always delivers the quality and quantity he commits to. This year he struggled to get enough wood and I hope that problem gets solved because it really impacted his delivery times.
