"This was a Saturday and we were really stuck! I texted Randy and he and Alan actually came to our house after their first job. We are not even in their service area. He ran some quick tests, checked out the well, called the installer and then recommended that we contact our water treatment services folks on Monday morning to run some tests to determine how to adjust our filtration system. Meanwhile, they assured us that we could use the toilets and shower (no hair washing). They GREATLY relieved our stress about this! All this because they sensed our stress and could help! "I am so happy with these guys. We had sewage back up in our basement (yes the worst stuff you can imagine) and we needed someone immediately. I called a different provider on this list at 9:30 am and waited until 3:00pm and got not even a callback. I came back to Angie's list and found EcoClean. I called them at 3:15 and they were at my house by 4:00. They opened up the clean outs, diagnosed the problem and performed some cleanup. Everything was fixed by 5:00. I am very impressed with the immediate response I received and highly recommend them. Also, I thought it was a good price.
