An excellent experience.

Josh is fair and very responsive with his crew of interchangeable professionals who are prompt and professional. My project was a huge undertaking across four apartments involving exterior panel installations and a complete rewiring of the entire building. I worked with about 6 of his crew members spanning months without any meaningful complaint and would depend on them for all my future electrical endeavors. His pricing is very fair for the quality of work you get.

The installers were flexible in placing fixtures for me in my new build.

I had a list of lots of small projects and they methodically went down the list and got everything done in a day! There was one project giving us some trouble he took a look and came up with a totally different solution which saved time and money. They did an excellent job and I have all really recommended them to a friend. Best of all they came in under the estimate. I will be using them again for sure , Thanks HomeAdvisor, an electrician is hard to find but a good, reliable and trustworthy Electrician nearly impossible!!

The initial time estimate was four hours. The project took only 2 hours.

They came out the day before the job to assess what they'd need for parts and what my electrical box looked like. Very professional and yet friendly. Very safety conscious.

When I first called, Josh Tibbets was very kind and patient while I explained what kind of installation I was looking for. The installer was able to come out within days of my generator arriving. He was very nice and insisted on cleaning up after himself in the basement even though I told him I'd take care of it. There was a minor issue after he left regarding power being out to a couple of appliances. I called TRT and Josh said he would have him come back right away. In less than an hour he was back and resolved the issue quickly. I will certainly use them for an future electrical needs I may have. The customer service was excellent.
