basement remodeling
 + -1 moreWe were referred to Paul Fallow by an employee at Lowes. After his initial assessment he became generally apathetic. He first told us it would take a week to put a quote together, but after two weeks we had heard nothing. We left multiple messages and it took him another 1.5 weeks to call back. He then, once again told us he would have a quote for us at the end of the week, and - well you probably guessed by now- we've yet to hear anything a week later. He just lost this job.
Description of Work: We were hoping to have him install an egress window and a bulk head in our basement. A small job, but nonetheless.
