TAIL'S END DOG GROOMING

My family will never be the same. On March 15 2013 at 1:00 pm my fiance brought our beautiful Shi Tzu in for a treat. We thought our little family member Coco deserved a professional grooming. All the times we tried grooming her it looked, well, unprofessional. That was the last time we saw her alive. She was left unattended on a table in something the owner described as a "groomers noose". When my fiance arrived and found the devastating news she was understandably hysterical. The owner told her to "please keep it down" and quickly loaded our deceased little baby into her van in an attempt to get her away from his store. My children were devastated when they came home from school and I had to tell them they would never see their friend again. The owner was rude to me during the conversations I have had with him since and I truly feel he showed little if any remorse. I can understand that people make mistakes but Mr. Bickfords lack of concern for the pain he caused my children is shocking. He never even called to apologize. I initiated every phone conversation we have ever had. Conversations he quickly expressed his desire for me to have with his insurance company instead of with him. Our lives will never be the same. He created a whole in our hearts that will never be filled by another dog. She was so young and innocent. She deserved better.
