He is very prompt and very meticulous. He came out right away on a Sunday. He moves fast, but I also know that he will do the job right.

The project was a complete success and I was very happy with Dave !!

Excellent. They were friendly and courteous, and took the time to explain EXACTLY how to make everything work right when we needed to run the generator. I took notes as he was explaining, which slowed him down a lot (this was AFTER I gave him the check, by the way!) but he didn't seem to mind. I will absolutely call these guys again!

The lights he recommended were perfect for a laundry/playroom with rowdy kids, he installed them quickly and since my light bill has dropped considerably. Dave also made sure to put all of the lights on ONE switch at the top of my basement stairs. He is neat and always explores the options with me and points out safety or more efficient ways of fulfilling our needs. I like the fact that he tells me how things can be done for less money or if in fact it is a repair I could make myself (he recently came by and showed me how to fix my own bathroom fan - no charge). Overall great - trustworthy service!

Emailed David Twitchell from Angie's List site. He responded by phone the next day and came to perform the repair that afternoon. He was punctual, easy to deal with and very professional. Although it was a very small job, he treated it as though it was a much larger job. We would plan to use him again.

Dave came on time to do the work we requested and was very courteous and professional. The work was done expertly and in a timely manner. During the project we had an electrical emergency and Dave came right over on a day he was working elsewhere and took care of the problem. I was very pleased with Dave and would not hesitate to have him back for more work or to recommend him to other folks.

Dave began by meeting with us in person and taking a tour of our home. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. On the first visit he spent a lot of extra time for no fee educating us regarding electrical safety and investigating the system of the house. The next step we went room-by-room creating a "wish list" and deciding what we would like in terms of outlets, switches, and to develop an estimate. There was no requirement that we had to purchase light fixtures/fans through him, as is the case with other electricians. We paid a deposit for the work and then he would only take further payments as the work progressed. We used the "wish list" as a template for the work to be completed and he would check off things as he performed them. He would always leave a note or call at the end of the day as to progress of the job and when he would be back. Outstanding service, communication, and quality of work. We would definitely use him for any work in the future.
