LONGEVITY HARDWOOD FLOORING

This is a first rate small business. Gary is incredibly knowledgeable about woods and knew immediately that the hardwoods we had were yellow birch, and not maple as the insurance company lab identified after water damage necessitated removing a portion of kitchen and foyer hardwoods and placement of new flooring. Unfortunately, the maple was already installed, and those parts will have to be replaced and redone. Gary uses a dustless system, which is amazing and a beautiful finish that has very little odor. We were able to remain in the house except for 3-4 hours on two days. Both those factors were huge as another flooring person told us we would have to leave for days due to dust and smell. Gary has one employee, Justin, who has worked for him for 10 years! That alone is a testament to the kind of business Gary has. Justin loves his job, and takes tremendous pride in his work, in Gary's methods and in the finished product. They are both meticulous, hard working, and professional. Cannot recommend them more highly!

Gary's contained sanding system generates minimal dust. If you need your floors sanded without the dust and mess, call Gary. I will call him again without hesitation.

The work was completed in the promised timeframe, despite some obstacles and delays that were not his fault. I do wish he had been a bit more proactively communicative with me--but I tend to micromanage.

All floor refinishing work performed as promised with great end results. Uses a dustless system that truly is dustless. Minimized the hassle that is inevitable with floor refinishing.

He did a good job, cleaned up, looks wonderful. Very professional.
