He is very professional - really knows his stuff, and has a strong clientele. In the past, with a previous car, I took the car in, and he knew the issue wasn't body work, the car was on its last legs. So, he recommended I sell that one and get a new car.
Then I had an accident with the new car a few years later. He had to straighten the rear panel and repaint. He did the estimate. It was accepted by the insurance company. He took the car when he said, and it took as long as he said. Very smooth. Excellent service and quality.

Very honest. I am not very knowledgeable about car maintenance. They took the time to explain the problem to me and after the service was completed showed me the parts that were replaced.
