Amazing team! Team completed work great care and precision!

Had proper machinery to easily grind up 5 large (15-22") stumps, including soil to fill the craters. Made sure there were no gas or electric utilities hearby. Workman was professional, thorough, and polite. Only complaint was that it took them about a year to show up, after a quick initial response. A communications glitch?

They were very professional, and were good at communicating. They were also very reliable, and overall I had a good experience.

It will take some time to see the results. Hopefully the little devils will be gone.

I thought WellTree would have to find another date, as we had had a snow storm the day before the event.  But they are so trained,  all set and busy even in the winter , they showed up...no matter how much or how little snow that was on the ground.  They had to cut some bushes on my property down to get between my house and my neighbors.  That was the only way that they could get close enough to the big pine tree and start cutting...piece by piece....from the top to the bottom. I didn't mind that a bit!  They were very good about being very safe in getting that truck where they needed it, between the two houses, without causing any problems on either side of the houses.  And they had brought another truck to 'chew up the branches' so I didn't have to worry about those things at all.  And they had a snow plow on the front of the truck that they needed between the houses.  Everything was there that they needed!  All three of the young men were able to tell me what they'd be doing and how they'd be doing it.  I just couldn't think of a young man getting into the part of the truck that would send him up to the top of the pine tree.  As I don't even like getting over two steps on a ladder.....this made me nervous.  But they all mentioned the safety lessons that they go to, and they were going like it was 'nothing to worry about'.  I had to look out one of my windows as they were starting the event.  One young man going up the Pine tree, one taking branches to the 'chew it up' truck and another cutting my very tall pear tree. (I wanted that gone as the squirrels were always playing and taking small bites of the pears.  and the branches on the pear tree would also hang over my shed where my generator was located.)   I had to look out several times to make sure the Pine Tree young man was OK.  Of course he was fine!  Working away as if it was spring time...not winter.  It didn't take them long to get the pine tree done.  It was a great crew, as they made sure no one was in danger when a branch came down.  they made big piles on the neighbors yard of places to put the branches from the tree,  He had asked that they leave the parts of the tree on the yard for him.  They were just amazing in how they cut the trees and how well they took care of the branches.  They were able to back the truck out at the end without a single mark on houses, or the fire hydrant that was close.  They did such a good job.  waiting to see if or when they'll come back to put something in the cut down trees to keep them from growing big and tall again.  We picked the right company to get those trees cut down!!!  Thank you WellTree!

Very professional and conscientious employees. I noticed they paid particular concern with overall and personnel safety with rigging and other equipment. They increased scope of work on the spot at my request and did so at very reasonable price. Crane service was coordinated by them and equally professional and safe service.

All went very well. Jeff got us a quote quickly and scheduled the work about six weeks out. The crew arrived right on time. Friendly and efficient. Finished faster than expected and the quote was right on. Would recommend and will call again when needed.

It went very well.   The trees were removed as well as all of the debris.

Arborist came and assessed the tree.  As I assumed it needed to be taken down.  Set up appointment for June.  They called in May and asked if they could come early as they had time.  Loved that!  Did a fantastic job removing the tree.  When they left there was only a stump, no leaves, no twigs, no sawdust.  I was thrilled.  Came back at a later date, I had been told it would be later, and ground the stump below the ground.  Again thy did a fantastic job.  The ground pieces were left and we cleaned up those, again I was told before the work was performed.  I would highly recommend Welltree, very professional and true to their word.

Jeff Gillis came by and I told him the work I wanted done, he listened to all I had to say and answered all my questions and was very informative about the complete process of tree removal, stump grinding and clean up. He gave me a rough ball park estimate. When I asked him what amount of deposit would be required he said no money would change hands until the job was finished and I was "completely satisfied". What! I immediately like him and his company from that point on. After receiving the detail estimate the go ahead was giving to start works. All work was completed in the time frame state in the estimate. Both the tree removal team and the stump grinding folks were totally professional, extremely efficient and did an excellent job of cleanup. I was impressed on how each of the two teams (2 people each) worked together in complete harmony. This is a first class outfit, they should be a template on how contractors and service providers should conduct business. They will be my tree service contractor from here on!

Welltree arrived when they said they would, did the work agreed upon and left my property clean, removing all depree. I wanted several dead trees left as is because they were bird sanctuaries, and they did that.

It went according to plan.  They were efficient and quick.  Followed our directions in cutting to size and clean up was great even with all the snow on the ground.  It was a difficult day with all the snow and our neighbor having to  have them move their equipment after just getting ready to chip.  They were gracious and quick. Great group.  We had them before and would continue to have them in all tree problems.

I'm building a tree house and needed certain site work done.  WellTree took down four proximal trees that were old and/or diseased.  They also pruned dead branches on the trees I'll be using and positioned lines for climbing and hoisting.  I was completely satisfied with the work done.  They were prompt and imparted a great deal of helpful information.  Jeff Gillis visited the site beforehand for consultation to assess the health of the trees selected and provide an estimate for the work to be done.  All work was completed on the day scheduled and within the estimated cost.  I would definitely use them again for any further tree care.

Welltree promptly returned our call of inquiry and came to give us an estimate at the time scheduled. Jeff appeared to be quite knowledgeable, asked specific questions about what we wanted done, and gave thoughtful responses to our questions. The men came at the time agreed upon. They accomplished everything we asked and cleaned up afterwards. The price was very reasonable and less than the other estimates we received. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff was very responsive and punctual. His crew was professional. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work involved.
