It was was the worst job we have ever had done. The roof is still leaking and the builder/roofer said he would come back out and look at the problem, yet in subsequent conversations he always had an excuse and a new deadline. He has never showed up, and will not call us back now. On our last discussion he was planning on coming back to look at the roof and then to repair damage that had occurred inside as additional work to be done. We now have angry tenants and must move on to pay someone else to repair the work that he did, and complete the job by repairing the damage inside.
