Stereo and Home Theater System Service
From start to finish, Chris at Jam Audio was professional, thorough and pleasant. Chris explained what needed to be done to change out my old radio/tape player with a new radio/CD play with iPhone input. The work was done by the Jam Audio tech in less than an hour and I'm very pleased with the results. Chris let me know that if I had any questions at all, I could contact him about them.
While I was waiting for my car to be ready, I was very impressed by the professional way that Chris treated other customers. He listened to their concerns and responded to them respectfully. It's refreshing to see such good customers service in action.
