August 28, 2015: I brought a small rug to be cleaned two weeks ago, August 11, 2015. They did not call me to let me know that my rug was ready. I dropped in yesterday, August 28, 2011 to check the progress of my rug. I gave them my ticket and they tried to give me someone else's dirty rug. (Dirt fell off of the rug onto the counter). I told them that that was not my rug. They looked for my rug for at least 20 minutes and could not find it. I asked them for my money back and the value of the rug. They also cleaned a woolen jacket. I had paid for the jacket and the rug. They gave me my money back for the cleaning price of the rug. I told them that I wanted $30 for the value of the rug. They refused. They also refused to give my receipt back so I had nothing to prove that I had been there at all. I left but I told them that I would be back. 
     August 29, 2015: I went back to the cleaners with my husband. They were a little more receptive. I had a picture of the rug because I have another one just like it at home. The woman at the desk said that she still did not know where my rug was. She said that I could fill out a claim. The manager came and found my rug. It was not clean so I left with it without further payment.
