Poorly. Blackwell cracked vanity top doing the job- should have had an assistant, instead used my wife to help him move fixtures. Very expensive job, very unsatisfactory outcome, I see that crack every day. To his credit he did come back to assess damage even after I lost my temper on the phone, but refused to admit he damaged property and left me feeling completely hosed.

He was extremely responsive, professional, and reasonable. I will certainly hire him again -- my new plumber! I called him at 7 AM and he arrived by 8:30 and he was very helpful in making suggestions about a previous job gone-wrong. The job was done in an hour and 1/2.
