The job was done, and done well. We chose our fabric from those samples that she had in her shop, and were able to bring them home to see how they worked in our setting. She picked up the sofa at our house when she said she would, and delivered it, completed, when she said she would. We are very pleased with the results.

I've waited years and saved my pennies to have new cushions and fabric on my couches and a chair. After a disappointing experience with a business in Augusta I needed this time around to be easy, professional and satisfying. Nancy and Brunswick Reupholstering have gone beyond my expectations in all 3 areas. The work is beautiful. Nancy was more than accommodating in selecting fabric (so much to choose from) and the time frame reasonable. Her website was informative, professional and gave me the confidence to give her a call. Overall it was a very good experience. I picked fabric in September and scheduled the work for January. The owner gave me as much guidance as I requested in the fabric choice but she did not attempt to push me into anything. She called in January as promised to pick up the sofa. I postponed her for a couple of weeks. She was able to reschedule my job to February. My job was finished within the time promised.

I could not be more pleased with the work provided. The sofa looks better than it did new. The stripes all match beautifully. The extra pillows are perfect.

She was very pleasant to work with. She was always on time. Her price was very reasonable. She did a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend her.
