About us
In 1919, Lucien Bisson started the company with a horse named “Dan” and a flatbed wagon called a “jigger.” In 1923, he bought his first gas-powered truck, a hand-crank 1919 GMC. Over the years, Bisson has grown to 150 employees, a fleet of 100 trucks, and diverse services that meet the moving and storage needs of families and businesses across the U.S. from our headquarters in Maine.

The only company that I have ever dealt with that has got close to being as bad is Fairpoint Communications!
.Do not contemplate using this outfit
The first day of the move it rained, and the movers took great care to cover furniture (including antiques) so that nothing got wet.
Bisson took a lot of the stress out of a very stressful move. We are glad we chose them!!!!
