Great! Ray the owner has a definite fondness for classic VW's. I have trusted with him for over 15 years with both classic cars and current model autos. . He and the service staff not only know but enjoy working on the the mechanics of cars. My VW 1972 Camper Van was in storage for 6 years. Within a day he had it running in top shape after it had to be transported there by carrier.

Complicated fix on door lock requiring great skill and persistence. Autometrics is a wonderful, fair service outfit. I recommend it highly.

Took in the car as scheduled and fixed it within the time estimate, and on estimated budget. No issues since repair performed. Their waiting room is small and doesn't have wi-fi, so bring something to read.

Autometrics can be a little bit hard to reach on the phone, but I think that's probably because the manager is actually working on cars himself. In general, I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and professional. They make an effort to try to save you money. I don't feel that they're doing more to the cars than is needed. I feel they're trustworthy, which is a major thing with auto repair places.

For the past two years, Autometrics has performed these services on my 2003 VW Eurovan. I find the service to be most satisfactory. Although they do not perform mechanical work on Eurovans, they visually check all aspects of the car, informing me of any conditions that may need attention. I have complete confidence in their recommendations.

They provided very good service and they didn’t try to get me to do any more repairs that I didn’t need done. They were very busy. However, a lady who had been using them for a long time said that it was worth waiting there.

They are professional and they always remember me. If they don’t get something right they continue working on it until they make it right.

We have known the guy for a long time. I do not think that they happen to do as good of work with some other foreign models as they do with Volkswagens, but they are very honest, I think they are very fair, and they do really excellent work on a number of foreign models. I just do not think they tend to do as well with Subarus, which is what we have been driving recently. I drive the Subaru, and it is a little out of the way from where we live.

They are honest and they don't do any unnecessary repairs. They gave me a replacement car to use while they worked on my car. They explain things to me very well. You can walk in at 8am and they will get you in without an appointment. If you have a large job you need an appointment. The prices are reasonable.

I arrived at their door frustrated, disappointed and suspicious. Donnie was knowledgeable, inclusive, confident and good natured. He followed up as I asked. He delivered the cars when he promised in the condition that I expected. I found Autometrics professional, cost effective, time effective and a delightful experience. I felt good when I paid the invoice.
