+ -1 moreRequested a ribbon with "MOM" on it. Basket was prepared with a white ribbon on which Warren had printed "MOM" with a black felt tip pen. It was very unprofessional and certainly not what we expected. We cut that portion of the ribbon off.
Description of Work: Floral basket for graveside committal service.
