"This was a little tricky because the property is in a Historic District. He was easy to work with and started close to when he said he would and once on it, stayed until done. It was a 2-1/2 week project. The tricky part was that I gave the Historic Pres Board plans and they had to be followed exactly and so I visited the job each day and we had to make some changes due to conditions and still get it to look appropriate. He was very reasonable in pricing and got done quickly. Be aware that he is a heave smoker, although it is not a problem with outside work it may be a problem if he were to perform a job inside."

He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable.
