 + -1 moreTHE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT FINE CUSTOM WORK WAS, NOT SURPRISINGLY, EXPENSIVE. AS I TRUDGED TO ONE BOSTON FURNITURE MAKE AFTER ANOTHER, I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT I'D BETTER GO TO THE ALREADY MADE KIND OF FURNITURE. I LOOKED AT ONE FURNITURE COMPANY, AND I FOUND SOMETHING THAT I THOUGHT WAS INEXPENSIVE, UNTIL I LOOKED AT THE PRICE TAG, AND SAW THAT IT WASN'T. THEN I HEARD OF PAUL LANCISI OF DOVETAIL FINE FURNITURE & CABINETRY. SINCE I HEARD THAT HE WAS NOT ONLY GREAT, BUT A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, I CALLED HIM AND ASKED IF HE WOULD STOP BY THE NEXT TIME HE WAS IN BOSTON. AND SO HE DID.
Description of Work: FOR MY NEW CONDO, I WANTED BOOKCASES THAT LOOKED BEAUTIFUL AS THEY STRADDLED MY MAPLE AND ONYX FIREPLACE. HIS PRICES WERE LESS THAN COMPARABLE BOSTON PRICES AND HIS WORK? HIS WORK WAS INCOMPARABLE!
