Went very well. Installation of the wiring, switchbox, and garage plug was very thorough and meticulous. He spent the time to thoroughly explain, step by step, what I needed to do to hook up my portable generator to the in-house connections in the event of power outage. The many other smaller electrical projects in my house were done professionally and cleanup was thorough. I had every confidence that his work was of a quality nature. I had a bit of "sticker shock" at the total cost...which is why I rated price at Fair. He had previously given me an estimate, and his final bill was within a few dollars of that estimate. I'm sure his price was comparable to what I would have had to pay another contractor (I did not get any other estimates), but my friend recommended him based on the quality of his service and I was totally satisfied with his work and had confidence that it was done to a high standard. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. (Getting my next list ready!)
