We got an estimate before the start of the job.  The trees came down pretty fast and were cut up and hauled away.  As we got into the job we made decisions about other trees.  They were very fair in explaining which one's would be more to take down, etc...  They credit us some in wood that they could use for other purposes.  Overall a good experience.  There was a good amount of back and forth, so even though we ran over budget, it was our decision as we got into the project.

Tim stated he would start the first week of October. When he didn't show up or call, I gave him another week and called to make sure I was still on the schedule for the work to be completed. He never returned my call. I gave him another two weeks and called, another two weeks and called - no response to either of these messages. I in turn hired someone else to do the work. Then the first week of December his wife called me at work to tell me that he was at my house already removing trees. (the same day the other guy was going to give me an estimate) I figured since he was there, I would let him do the work and I cancelled the other guy (big mistake). He cut down the trees on Wed. and said he would return of Friday to remove them. Again after two weeks he was a no-show and we received no response to our phone calls. The last week of January he finally came and dragged the trees out. It is now April and he has still not returned to clean up the debris. We again have left phone calls and I even sent him a note by mail. Needless to say, he will not receive another payment from me nor will I ever use his services again. Do NOT recommend!!! I have spoken to others in town who have used him and all have the same type of response - he shows up when he wants, never when he says.
