We have been going to them for 20 years. If I have a prescription that needs to be filled I call him they fill when I stop by and pick it up. Their office personnel are exceptionally personable. They know each other first name basis after 20 years. The quality of service was excellent. I would use them again in the future and I won't change them.

He had to stay all day, get X-rays, IVs, the whole works. They're a bit pricey, but they know me very well and get me right in. I take all of my 3 cats and 2 dogs there. I'm very happy with the level of care they receive.

Better this time than the time before. The clinic has changed hands in the past year. I loved it when Dr. Thibodeau was there. She knew my dog well and he answered any questions I had in depth with warm and genuine care. When I went back I was surprised to hear that he had sold the business and there was a new crew that didn't know my dog at all. In that visit, they gave me the wrong dosage of medication for my dog. It seemed that the front end staff didn't know what they were doing. I realized that the meds were wrong and called to tell them I was coming back. They didn't have the right amount of pills ready that I had asked for. I waited for them to get it right. I got a call from the front end manager to inform me that the person that gave me the wrong dosage would be reprimanded but they also thought maybe the other medication I got was wrong too. They told me they would credit my account the extra money I paid for the wrong dosage. It was just a mess.



This month things seemed better. There were a couple of different people there. I don't feel as they are as friendly out front now. I did get Dr. Miles and apparently she is one of the new owners. I explained the bad experience I had had before. She understood completely. I liked her very much and thought she was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable letting her take care of my dog. Unfortunately she is only there on Fridays. Dr. Plohr is still there and he is also very good. So I guess I have a mixed review on this practice. The prices are a bit high but they are right down the street from my house. I will continue to go there for now and wait to see if, over time they get their act together. I would however go to their other clinic in Lucerne to see Dr. Miles again.

They were great with my dog but they are more expensive than any other vet in the county and
I just can't afford them for vet care. I do still go there and get advantage and flea meds for all my pets. It's too bad because they are the closest to where I live and they are probably the best around. Maybe that is why the prices are so high..

It is easy to make an appointment. They take wonderful care of the animals and provide very good service.
