He came immediately, turned off my water, gave me my options, and installed an energy efficient electric hot water heater all within 4 hours. I had a hot shower that night.

I found the pump was not working about 4 pm on a weeknight. Called them and got a call back within 30 minutes. They were on another job about 30 miles away. They got here about 5pm, diagnosed problem. They had to go back to their shop to get a replacement pump which they did and were back in about 45 minutes with it and installed it. It has worked fine since. Mike Lento who is the owner has always responded quickly to emergency calls at any time I have called him. He has done other work for me including a shower installation that required building a new wall for the shower. Scheduling jobs can be a bit of an issue sometimes but he is always there when you really need him.
