You could not ask for a more creative, competent, hard-working, straightforward, and reasonably-priced contractor. Greg and his son Chad figured out a way to create a temporary wall to hold up the building while they reinforced and replaced the rotting floor and wall joists and beams. The project required them to work with a tenant whose floor had partially collapsed from the dry rot. They were respectful of her at all times. The mold remediation was done quickly without calling in an expensive remediation company by bleaching the whole area, since much of moldy wood was removed later in the reframing process. Greg also figured out that the problem was probably due to dirt to stucco contact on the outside. I was impressed with him noticing that since others had not. Because it was a time and materials contract for a rental, I was worried about having a clear record of the work. Greg sent a daily text report! The project actually turned out to be much less than we had originally thought. So that was a wonderful bonus.
