I cannot be more pleased with my decision to hire Ryan Sayer and his crew to complete my kitchen remodel. There are always some uncertainties when hiring a new contractor but Ryan put my fears to rest right away with his communication skills, honesty and transparency. I love my new kitchen and look forward to working with Ryan again on my next project. I highly recommend Sayer Renovations!!

Excellent Workmanship and professional work effect

I needed to have my gas range vented to the outside of the house. Ryan came in an did an excellent job. The install was very clean and blended right into the siding of my house. He was on time, on budget and didn't leave a mess. I have some other projects I need done and will definitely be calling him back!

Very nice and very professional

I hired to do some work around my home, part of that work was painting and staining my 3 decks. They recommended using a certain product and after I read some reviews on it I was not happy with what I was reading about it. I asked him about it and he said "don't worry I guarantee my work for 5 years, when it does start to go bad I'll be here." He never came by to look at it when it was starting to go bad until a few weeks ago, about 2 years into his guarantee. All he did was paint the bottom part of my deck, not the railings or anything, and he did it in another shade of paint. So now I have 3 decks with 2 different shades on them. I have asked him about coming by and fixing it and I have gotten no response. So much for a guarantee!

I would definitely hire the guys from Sayer again. It was a small job but they knew it was important to me so they handled it like pros and did everything they promised in a very timely manner.

Ryan went above and beyond on our home repairs. We have a very old house with lots of uneven ceilings and the molding he put up came out fantastic. He was open to other small repairs that other contractors would have scoffed at - always answered calls and emails quickly and emailed pictures of work as it was completed. This is a weekend property and we fully trusted Ryan with our home...

They were not only easy to get in touch with, but they got here quickly and at the time they said they would, did the work promptly and well and thoroughly documented the work they did with pictures, as it was in a place that was a little too high for us to easily see what had been done. They thoroughly explained what they did and were very friendly and kind. We will definitely be calling them again and would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

We got quotes from a lot of professionals, we liked them , they were on time and provide us with a very reasonable price. They did a great job , Ryan sent us pictures of the work in progress, cleaned up after work was finished. We actually hired them again for a small siding job and we will hire them in the future if the need arises Very friendly and professional with the advantage of not being very expensive Also very important to us it was the fact that they communicated with us since we were not at the house when they did the jobs HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

I came back from work and found out that the strong wind ripped off about 8 Asphalt Shingles from the top of our roof on Thursday... I am very happy that I have found Ryan and Kevin! The weekend we expected a snow/rain storm. I only had 2 days to prepare for the storm and I was stressed out. They came to our house the next morning (I called Ryan Thursday evening) and they gave me an estimate immediately and also they arranged their work schedule on Saturday to fix our roof before the storm. They are very nice and they have great customer service skills. I can totally recommend them and also I will definitely give them a call for our next projects. I feel like I have a good insurance now because I know I can count on them. Thank you, Ryan and Kevin!!

They were prompt courteous and picked up after themselves. Also were very obliging in doing extra small jobs without charging you for the extras (of course within reason). I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. I am so happy with my kitchen backsplash and shelving.

Ryan and Kevin were great. They responded to my estimate inquiry within 10 minutes (7pm at night). Ryan came out immediately, took a look at the project and got right back with an estimate. the quality of work, price, willingness to work with my ideas from start to finish was outstanding.They ended up saving me money on materials, gave the best labor quote I received from four other contractors and worked with me the whole way. The finished product was more than I could have asked for (40x14 Deck). I searched for a while for contractors online. I made the right the right choice. Great guys.
