I asked for a technician to inspect my home generator that was leaking oil. The appointment was made for the following Monday. The technician, Eric, inspected the generator, quickly diagnosed the problem and after calling me, performed the repair. The problem and repair was clearly explained to me. Eric is a pro and was more than willing to work with me. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future.

They seemed very responsive. Their price was good. They were very flexible and willing to work with us. They are a pretty busy company, but they were willing to travel here and work with us. It's probably an hour's drive for them.

Initial contact and meeting was good. I had to follow up with them for a quote and to get it scheduled. The person who was going to do the work stopped by the week before to introduce himself and asked if I wanted a written quote. I told him I already had the verbal quote and to go ahead with the work. Never saw him again. The two people who did the work were not master electricians but were good and did a great job including letting me add insulation behind the panel which I had ready to go. The verbal quote was significantly less, about a third of the actual price as I was billed for two people for 2.5 hours vs 1 person for 2 hours which was what was quoted.
