They showed up on the day they said they would and completed the project on schedule. We had a few problems with the boiler shutting itself off and requiring a manual reset. They were very responsive with their troubleshooting and eventually found it was a problem with the pressure in the gas line. They installed a regulator and it's worked perfectly ever since.
I'd hire them again, and I go out of my way to recommend them to friends and family.

We bought a Victorian that had been abondened for 2 years. In order to move in we needed to have systems going and of course water. A friend of a friend recommended Bo and we gave him a call. He fit us into his busy schedule by working evenings and weekends (wihtout the premium charge that typcially comes with those hours). We thought we were all done when we realized the day before our party that our dishwasher was not hooked up. Bo came back out. That evening we realized the dishwasher was leaking.. Again Bo came back out. Pleasant, courteous and responsiveness. We plan on using Bo for any and all of our plumbing needs.
