GREEN SOLUTIONS!
STRONGLY RECOMMEND.
Better weather predictor than Joe Cupo, (and Joe is pretty good)
It's hard to tell for sure without excavations to check for grubs, but brown patches seem to be recovering well and the crows and porcupine have stopped ripping up the sod mining for grubs.
Mark Franz was very forthcoming with information and advice.
"You are correct; our business truly is weather dependent. A passing storm or threat of a storm can cancel an entire day of service for us. Unfortunately, we’re restricted by label laws which prevent us from treating in rainy or windy conditions. With weather patterns like the ones we experienced this summer; our service crews can be grounded for days – causing hundreds of accounts to be rescheduled. We pride ourselves on tailoring our services to meet the schedules of our customers whenever possible. We spend a significant amount of time planning for staffing and equipment to ensure that we can adequately perform our services. But sometimes Mother Nature wins. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our communication efforts to alert our customers when services will be performed and when weather conditions delay those schedules. We’re dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service, and this year was easily one of the most challenging years we’ve had to schedule (and reschedule)."
