They were brought in to me by a general contractor I used on another project. I liked the guys so I had them come back and give me another quote on air conditioning. I've had nothing but trouble ever since then but they have always been responsive and attempted to fix it. Every year they say they have fixed the problem and the next year the thing doesn't start. They are trying but I am getting tired. I would hire them again but maybe not for air conditioning. (See update - they're my go-to ac guys.)
7/26/2013 - Update: As they responded, the leak was found deep inside the unit after many hours. We had a technician assigned directly to us who visited on multiple occasions during that summer and went through the system top to bottom. Since then we've had yearly good turn-ups and I'm very happy. Eastern Mechanical stuck with it and solved the problem. (I was not charged for any of the repair work or previous attempts.)

"We did finally locate the refrigeration leak in Member's system and it is running fine. Bottom line, it was very difficult to find the leak, however we did not avoid the issue and corrected the problem at no charge."
