Actual start date on work was two weeks late and understaffed. The employee was very good, a hard worker, punctual, however, the amount of product needed had been underestimated and he did not have enough product to complete the job. He had to wait for delivery which slowed him down even further setting everything back again In the middle of the job. This employee was also pulled to work somewhere else in the middle of our project. Ultimately the job was completed, however, again due to poor staffing and time management, the promised clean up was less than acceptable.
We were on a tight schedule to finish our project, and were promised a timeline that we needed. This was our primary reason for using this contractor. He had an A rating on Angie's List so we went forward. We missed our deadline by exactly the time used by this company to do a job that took three times what was promised.
