House Cleaning
I bought the group on for one 2 hour cleaning service and scheduled via their online scheduler. At 9:15, still nobody showed up or called. I tried calling the number on the website and left a message. After looking online I found another number here on Angies List and actually reached a live person! He said he would reach out to see where the crew was and call me back. He said my call back number which it sounded like was from caller id. This was around 9:30. I called 4 more times (2 per each line) and no answer any time. If I had gotten any response or possibility to reschedule, I would have gladly given them another chance. However, the lack of communication was too much and I am not able to recommend using their services.

"We are sorry for this we understand there is currently alot of unhappy groupon customers when we ran this promotion we advised groupon we could only handle a max of 150 sales as we have only 4 people staffed they then sold 690 groupons which is a number we were unable to handle groupon was selling our two hour cleaning session for 55.00 when our normal rate is 120.00 and then they were only paying us 22.50 per sale so as you can see we were at a great loss we did however told groupon we were unable to handle this load and they need to pull us off their site and refund all the customers which they refused to us but alot of the customers were able to contact groupon and retrieve their money back so we are terribly sorry for this. I would have responded sooner but I just recently found out about our angies list account as it was created by a former employee."

I booked an appointment via their website for a 30 minute consultation and estimate. I received a confirmation email, so I know that the booking went through. They were a no call and no show.
They are supposed to be selling me their services - I should not have to be responsible for chasing them down to give them my business. There is plenty of competition in this area and my experience, and what I have heard/read from others, has shown me that this company does not value or respect the time of clients or potential clients.

Window Cleaning
I bought a living social deal for a 2 hour house cleaning. I had never used a cleaning service before, so it was quite a treat! I called to schedule an appointment and was given a date, but with no confirmation. I emailed to confirm with no response. So I asked to be rescheduled to a time that could be confirmed as to not miss work. I was told that I'd have to wait months if I didn't take the unconfirmed slot, so I did. The ladies that came were very nice. I was a bit disappointed when they carried in a small stick vac, the type you'd pick up at Walmart. They started in. One of the ladies started on the bathroom, the other on the bedrooms. Overall it took them less than an hour. They told me that this was the cleanest home they had cleaned. They called their boss to see if I could use the rest another time as it didn't take them that long to clean. He agreed and then they left. I walked in the the bathroom, which was sparkling!! Amazing! The ONLY reason that I didn't give a complete F. I then went into the bedrooms, there was dust on the bed frames and side tables. I went into the playroom and there was pieces of dried playdoh on the floor...a vacuum should have picked that up, no problem, but didn't. I started really looking around. I looked under a table in the kitchen and there were dust bunnies under it and my desk. Nothing was moved to wash the floor, it seems ad though they just pushed a swiffer type mop around. I was very disappointed. I had to clean after the cleaning company left. I took a few pictures and sent a very nice letter to the owner. One small business owner to another. I praised the ladies for being a good face for the company as they were super nice, but maybe they needed to be a little more thorough. I never heard back form him. Of course I never used the rest of the voucher that I paid for. I, like everyone else work very hard for my money and I just couldn't believe that he couldn't respond. I wasn't asking for anything, just to let a fellow business owner know what was happening. I think that I could get over the lack-luster cleaning, everyone has bad days but the non professionalism of the owner is unacceptable in my opinion.

Window Cleaning
Terrible. They never showed up. Since March, I only got one time in May when I got an actual person on the line. the Team 1 was scheduled to be here on June 4th, 2013, so I took the day off from work. They never showed up! The owner never called me back or answered any of my questions I left on his phone number or his e-mails. Terrible unprofessional service given to me. I would like my money back but they say no refunds for Groupons on their web site. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau either.
