Very well. He first came to see what the problem was with the light. He showed up when he said he would (which is always a plus). He gave an estimate for the cost of the new light and that's what it cost. Then he returned when he said he would to install the new light. He was personable and professional and the cost was very fair. We will certainly use him again.
