4 Corners Clean, LLC

Very nice girls, but my house was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I provided feedback and they corrected what they missed the next visit, but then the time after that they missed it again. Great potential, but not consistent.

A team of 3 workers arrived as scheduled, or early. They worked very fast without moving any furniture and banging equipment (vacuum) along walls and stairs. Kitchen cabinets were spot cleaned leaving areas of scratched surface on the paint. Sinks, tub and appliances were thoroughly cleaned and sparkled. All 4 corners were not cleaned throughout. The total amount of time spent in my home was less than 1 hour/session. On the first session, the master bedroom was left half cleaned with noticeable dust and webs on walls and heating surfaces. The company was notified and immediately returned a team to finish cleaning the area. I was informed that the "problem" employee was released.

They generally clean the house.  There's been a couple of little issues; they've set the alarm off three times and I've had to call them back for poor cleaning on occasion.  Every two weeks, the alarm got set off for three weeks in a row, but they seem to have fixed that.  Last time they did not set off the alarm, so that was good.  I'm hanging in there with them.  I think they've got potential to satisfy me.  They've come right back the next day when they missed a few spots, at the end of the day, and I was the last stop of the day.  I would say they could do more thorough cleaning and not rushing.  Sometimes I feel like they rush.  When I'm the last stop of the day, I feel like the girls are tired.  One time when I called them back, I was the 7th house of the day and they were all ready to go home when they got here.  They stayed for an hour and I'm usually paying for an hour and a half at that rate, and they completely missed a spot.  Those kind of things are just little, subtle things that just aren't quite up to speed.  The owner's not here but she seems to really care and her daughter I think is always in attendance.  They generally do a good job; there's some times they do a great job.  In another couple of months, I expect that I'll be able to rate them an "A."

Great job on the cleaning, but did not show up as scheduled, then over estimated the time they were there. They charged by the hour, so I was overcharged.

Diane's crew does a great job. She has imagined her cleaning business as if she were the client. For example, you can get a basic, reasonable cleaning price and then, as desired, you can add on services such as "closet cleaning" when you need them. Diane is so pleasant to work with and shows real integrity in running a business that respects both homeowners and her workforce. In my 25 years of having help cleaning my house, I've had two individuals who were very trustworthy but have found it hard to hire a cleaning business with really reliable staff. These cleaners are very trustworthy. They are popular and heavily booked so it works best to agree on a regular schedule.

The quality of work they preformed on my property was excellent! They repaired wood floors, walls (horse hair plaster), ceilings, holes, repainted everything - ceilings, walls, trim! The apartment is approx. 1600 sqft with 6 rooms and a big attic. They repaired the insulation in the attic, changed light bulbs, cleared away trash.....and stayed within my budget! I live in a different state, so they made sure to keep me updated on the progress and let me know if they came across anything questionable.
I would definitely use them again, because the end result was exactly what I wanted and it looks fantastic!

The handyman services are awesome, and the cleaning is good, too. Every once in a while there's something they miss on the cleaning side, but all I have to do is e-mail Diane and they come back and take care of it right away.
