I contacted Thelma because I saw a home I was interested in possibly buying and her name was on the real estate sign. She returned my call immediately. She was genuinely interested in the property as she showed it to me and helped the owner and myself negotiate our agreement to our mutual satisfaction. She did all the paperwork quickly and easily. The closing will be in a couple of weeks. In addition she has traveled a long distance to show me other properties I'm interested in for investment purposes. She knows what I'm looking for and is honest in her communication with me. I'm amazed at the speed in which she responds to my requests. I will work with no one else!
