This is a conscientious and very professional painter. His price is extremely reasonable, and his workmanship of the highest quality. Not to mention his method of working in the house, the later work requiring that he work while we resided in the home, and he never left a mess behind him, and he cleaned up behind himself perfectly. He was quiet and friendly, and polite, no thrown around trash left behind, or messes for me to clean up. If he listened to music, which he ascertained first if I would mind, he listened to it quietly. I can recall a contractor once who had his radio blaring so loud the neighbors complained - not this one! And he worked straight through, without taking long-ending breaks, as he charged me by the hour - come to think of it, I'm not sure he even took any breaks! Presumably, for very large jobs, he may give a flat fee, but I don't know that for sure. He gave me an estimate of the cost, and matched that estimate.The workmanship was of exceptional quality. I have done some painting of my own through the years, and I always had drips, unevenness, and wavy lines no matter how hard to tried to keep them straight. I have not yet found a drip anywhere. When he gave me an hour of his arrival, he arrived at that time. Later in the year, he repaired a water damaged ceiling in very little time, and did a professional job of repair. I obviously was very satisfied by his quality of work because I have continued to hire him whenever there has been some kind of painting job that needed doing. He's a busy man now, because he is so good at doing what he does, but no doubt you can get him if you try.
