Having worked on oil burners a bit whe I was younger, I viewed the entire experience as a fraud.

Bill diagnosed the problem and provided prompt service to bring the boiler up to snuff. He also installed a heat alarm to monitor the system during the long Maine winters. He will now continue to monitor the system and perform service as needed. Bill has been thoroughly professional and reliable throughout, and a pleasure to work with.
