I call them up, they come down and pump it out and they leave. They just do it; the important thing is that it is done. They are professional and it is no fuss, no muss. There is not much to it. They come out open up the tank, put the hose down, and clean it out and then they leave. I call them up and tell them when you get a chance come out and do it. It is usually within a week or two they will come down and do it. I have had them do some other work for me in the past and some of it I was not too happy with. I had them redo the leach field around the system. They did the work, but they did not come back and do the seeding. It took several months for them to come back and finish the job. That was something different than just the pumping. It is part of the septic system. Their price is a little lower than other companies.
