11/04/08: When computer was first returned, 1) Over 1,000 e-mails deleted, 2) E-mails were moved from one account to another, 3) Functionality of e-mail was effected,(could not delete e-mails, 4) Restoration returned some files, changed some file names, and did not restore other files at all.
11/13/08: Brought computer back after finding results shown above.
11/??/08: Computer was returned, 1) E-mail functionality restored, 2) Majority of e-mails restored, but hundreds still missing 3) Restoration of files was not changed.
Final Comments:
I would not recommend Burgess Computer to service a computer. They may be great in other areas, and may have improved the quality of their service since I brought my computer to them, but your local "geek" would do just as good of job.
